What Is Covered

Our guarantee covers defects in materials and clinical workmanship for eligible dental treatments performed at Serenity International Dental Clinic, 16 Chau Long, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam. If a covered treatment fails or develops a problem due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace the restoration at no additional cost.

Guarantee Duration by Procedure

The length of the guarantee depends on the type of treatment:

Dental Implants

  • Implant fixture (the titanium post): Up to 10 years
  • Implant-supported crown: Up to 5 years
  • All-on-4 / All-on-6 frameworks: Up to 5 years

Serenity International Dental Clinic uses premium implant systems from Straumann, Nobel Biocare, and Osstem. These implants are designed for long-term durability, and many last a lifetime with proper care.

Crowns and Bridges

  • Porcelain crowns (E.max): Up to 5 years
  • Zirconia crowns: Up to 5 years
  • PFM crowns: Up to 3 years
  • Dental bridges: Up to 5 years

Porcelain Veneers

  • Porcelain veneers: Up to 5 years
  • Composite veneers: Up to 2 years

Root Canal Treatments

  • Root canal treatment: Up to 2 years

Dentures

  • Full dentures: Up to 2 years
  • Implant-retained dentures: Up to 3 years

Other Treatments

  • Composite fillings: Up to 1 year
  • Orthodontic treatments: Guarantee applies to the active treatment phase and retainer delivery as outlined in the treatment plan

Guarantee periods begin on the date the final restoration or treatment is completed.

Terms and Conditions

To maintain the validity of the guarantee, patients must meet the following conditions:

Patient Responsibilities

  1. Follow aftercare instructions provided by your dentist at Serenity International Dental Clinic, including oral hygiene recommendations and dietary guidelines during the healing period.
  2. Attend recommended follow-up appointments as scheduled by our clinical team.
  3. Maintain good oral hygiene including regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings at least every six months.
  4. Wear protective appliances as prescribed, including night guards for patients who grind their teeth (bruxism).
  5. Report any problems promptly by contacting Serenity International Dental Clinic as soon as you notice any issue with your dental work.

What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, trauma, or injury
  • Failure resulting from poor oral hygiene or neglect
  • Damage caused by teeth grinding (bruxism) if a prescribed night guard was not used
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Changes to surrounding teeth or gums not related to the guaranteed treatment
  • Treatments performed by other dental clinics or providers
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were documented and discussed before treatment
  • Cosmetic preferences or changes in aesthetic expectations after treatment completion

General Terms

  • The guarantee applies only to treatments performed at Serenity International Dental Clinic.
  • Patients must provide documentation of regular dental checkups and cleanings (at least every six months) to maintain guarantee eligibility.
  • The guarantee covers the cost of repair or replacement of the covered dental work only. Travel expenses, accommodation, and any other associated costs are the patient’s responsibility.
  • Serenity International Dental Clinic reserves the right to determine whether a repair or full replacement is the appropriate solution.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience a problem with dental work covered by our guarantee, follow these steps:

  2. Provide documentation including your original treatment records from Serenity International Dental Clinic and evidence of regular dental checkups since treatment.
  3. Assessment – Our dental team will review your case and determine whether it falls within the guarantee terms. For international patients, we may request that you visit a local dentist for an initial assessment and share the findings with us.
  4. Resolution – If the claim is approved, we will schedule the repair or replacement at our clinic at 16 Chau Long, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. The cost of the dental work will be covered under the guarantee.

No. The guarantee applies only to work performed at Serenity International Dental Clinic in Hanoi. Repairs or replacements must be done at our clinic to maintain the guarantee.
